Ms. Karen Agustiawan, Chief Executive Officer of Indonesia's state-owned energy corporation Pertamina discusses the framework of the country’s energy future and outlines the necessary steps to fuel Southeast Asia's rising energy demand, as emerging markets in the region undergo industrialisation and urbanisation.

Ms. Agustiawan has had a long experience in the oil and gas industry. Before assuming her current position, she held positions with Halliburton Indonesia, CGG Petrosystems, Indonesia, and Mobil Oil. She currently sits on the International Council of Harvard University's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.
