Revolutionising Change for the Grid of the Future
Grid modernisation plays a crucial role in ASEAN’s sustainable and low carbon energy transition. Increased adoption of variable renewable energy and growing energy demand will require the grid to be resilient, smarter and more flexible. In this webinar, we will explore the technologies and strategies that will underpin the continued evolution of the power grid and how it can act as a catalyst for decarbonisation and renewable energy adoption.

About Future of the Grid
Set against a backdrop of increasing climate awareness and sustainability goals that are underpinning power sector development globally,
grids must be modernised and adapted to cope with the evolving energy landscape. The increased penetration of variable renewable energy,
e-mobility targets and electrification are changing demand, requiring flexibility and in Singapore’s case greater regional interconnectivity.
These challenges require innovative technologies, increased digitalisation and a regulatory framework that will enable the grid of the future.
