In his Welcome Remarks at the SIEW Energy Insights, Mr Puah Kok Keong, Chief Executive, EMA, set the tone for the discussions with a call for collaboration and decisive action.
- Mr Puah outlined key challenges shaping the energy landscape, from grid resilience and supply chains to renewables and transition finance. These require not only technological progress but also trust and cooperation between partners.
- Mr Pan Jingdong, Executive Vice President, State Grid Corporation of China, shared how system-wide innovation is key to accelerating the energy transition in China.
