Mr Chin Xueyong is Senior Vice President in DBS’ Project Finance team with over 14 years of experience in project/structured financing. He has been actively involved in both advising and execution of numerous transactions in the power & utilities, infrastructure and resources industries across Asia Pacific, with special focus on project structuring and financial modelling. Prior to joining the Project Finance team, Xueyong supported corporate within the energy and infrastructure industries as part of DBS’ industry coverage team. He has also been deeply involved in the bank’s user experience and digital transformation efforts. Xueyong graduated with a BBA 2nd Class (Upper) Honours from NUS Business School.
