Justin joined ExxonMobil in 2005 in Houston, Texas and has held a variety of technical and management positions in the corporation’s upstream and global project development organizations with portfolio’s covering the Americas, Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to his current role, Justin was located in Qatar as a Select Stage Manager overseeing ExxonMobil’s development planning and design for several offshore projects in the North Field. In 2021, Justin moved into ExxonMobil’s Low Carbon Solutions business in the Asia Pacific region and has worked in both business and technical development. He works with partners and ExxonMobil affiliates to identify and progress new business opportunities with a focus on carbon capture and storage, hydrogen, and lower-emission fuels.
Justin holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
