Andy graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore in 2001, holding a Bachelor Degree of Civil and Structural Engineering (Honors). He is a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (United Kingdom).

He has over 22 years of experience in the oil/gas and petrochemical industry. He has held various local and regional portfolios in Singapore Oxygen Air Liquide, prior to joining Oiltanking in 2011.

With Oiltanking, Andy has contributed to the growth of its petroleum and chemical terminals for brownfield terminal expansion projects.

After Oiltanking’s rebranding to Advario in 2022, Andy was most recently involved in working together with Neste for storage and handling of its SAF in Advario Singapore.

Andy is currently on the board of SGtradex, representing Advario as a shareholder.

Currently, he holds the position of the Director Commercial for Advario in Singapore, overseeing the commercial activities of its oil and chemical terminals.
