Ms Celeste Marshall is an International Relations Specialist in the Office of Asian Affairs at the US Department of Energy. She oversees expanding the US relationship with Southeast Asia and Oceania on energy and climate by providing support on energy security, policy and trade issues. Prior to joining the Office of International Affairs, Celeste worked as an Economic Advisor at the American Petroleum Institute, focusing on assessing global market impacts of oil and natural gas and analyzing trade policy.  Before API, she worked in the Economics section at the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs and the U.S. Embassy in Paris.  She has a Masters in Economics from Youngstown State University.
