Dr. Daniel Gaspar is the Senior Technical Advisor to the Pacific Northwest Hydrogen Association and serving as the Deputy Director of the Net Zero World initiative. Dr. Gaspar has over 20 years of experience leading in the development and deployment of clean energy technologies, including in transportation (sustainable fuels, combustion, and hydrogen), solar energy, clean building technologies, energy storage, and separations. Prior to his current leadership roles, Dr. Gaspar led a consortium focused on co-developing clean engines and fuels, as well as teams developing organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), battery materials and separations materials for carbon capture. Dr. Gaspar received his Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Chemistry from Duke University. Dr. Gaspar has published more than 60 journal articles, book chapters and public reports, and given many invited presentations on clean energy topics.
