Fai K. Aldossary

Fai K. Aldossary is the Managing Director of Aramco Asia Singapore overseeing the development of Aramco’s corporate strategies in the Southeast Asia and Australasia regions.

As the head of Aramco Asia Singapore, Aldossary drives the marketing crude oil and liquid petroleum gas, as well as the performance of various enterprise services including treasury, talent acquisition, training & development, supply chain, procurement and inspection.

Prior to her current appointment, Aldossary was Head of Domestic Product Planning and Demand Forecasting where she managed domestic supply chain activities, aiding efficient use of crude oil and hydrocarbon products. She has over 11 years of experience in the energy industry where she started as a Power Engineer with Jacobs Engineering in Houston, Texas prior to joining Aramco as an Electrical Engineer.

At Aramco, Aldossary has held various leadership positions within downstream strategy and operations in power systems engineering, global manufacturing, retail and finished lubricants, and sales and marketing. She also served as industrial leader at Ras Tanura Refinery and held distinction of being the first female Maintenance and Operation Foreman in the history of the company.

An advocate for an inclusive and innovative workplace, Aldossary served on various steering committees in Saudi Aramco including the Women Development & Diversity Advisory Board (WD&DAB), Young Leaders Advisory Board (YLAB) and Corporate Innovation Board (CIB).

Aldossary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado Denver and successfully completed Harvard Business School and Wharton executive leadership programs.
