Peck Khamkanist is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Impact Electrons Siam Company Limited (IES). His unwavering dedication to innovation has consistently delivered positive and lasting impacts on individuals and communities alike.

Throughout his career, Peck Khamkanist has notably served as the Managing Director of CLP Power Thailand, where he honed his strategic skills and demonstrated exceptional leadership. Before this, he contributed significantly to global organizations such as ABB Energy Ventures in Zurich, Edison Mission Energy, and Sempra Energy in California. Peck’s experiences span a range of areas including investment and development of power projects, strategies for mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and energy commodity trading.

Peck’s entrepreneurial drive led to the successful launch of the groundbreaking 600MW Monsoon Wind Power Project, among others. This achievement stands as a testament to his ability to spearhead large-scale, renewable energy projects with regional connectivity. The Monsoon Wind Power Project has garnered global recognition, cementing its position as the largest wind project and the first cross border renewable project in Southeast Asia.

He earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering – Economics Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and completed a Project Management program at the University of California, Berkeley.
