Thomas is a mechanical engineer, and a versatile engineering and business professional dedicated to the power industry, with wide ranging experience covering power plant construction and maintenance, business development, training and development, commercial strategy and strategic development.  He is currently the Associate Director – Decarbonisation Architecture of CLP Power, responsible for devising CLP’s long-term decarbonisation plan in Hong Kong, scoping the pathway towards zero-carbon electricity supply to the customers before 2050.
