Darryl Chan leads the Energy Technologies Department at the Energy Market Authority of Singapore (EMA). His team evaluates the feasibility of deploying new and emerging energy technologies to support Singapore's transition towards a clean energy future.

Darryl holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore, where he graduated as Top Student in Microelectronics in 2008. He later completed his Master of Science in Management of Technology from the same university in 2012. He has served in the public service since 2010.
