John Ng was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the YTL PowerSeraya Group in January 2019.

An industry veteran with more than 35 years of commercial and operational experience under his belt, John had spent a considerable amount of years in YTL PowerSeraya and last served as the company’s CEO before he took up a similar role in SLNG. He later returned to take the helm at the integrated energy company.

John is currently also a Director of the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i).

He holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from National University of Singapore and a Master of Science in Material Science from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.
