Joo Lee Lim is Director of the Market Research Division at the Korea Nuclear Association for International Cooperation (KNA), where she leads the ASEAN-ROK Nuclear Collaboration Initiative and coordinates capacity-building programs with ASEAN Member States and regional partners. She joined KNA in 2011 and has held several key positions, including Senior Manager of the Strategic Management Division, Manager of the Market Research Division, and Assistant Manager roles in Strategic Management and Business Development. She previously served as Program Coordinator for the ASEAN+3 Nuclear Human Resources Development Program (2011–2013) with the ASEAN Centre for Energy, and between 2012 and 2015 introduced Korea’s public acceptance activities and stakeholder-engagement initiatives at IAEA Technical Meetings, while organizing invitation programs and knowledge-sharing events for newcomer countries. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Dongguk University.
