Mr. Lim Han Kwang is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Geneco, one of the leading electricity retailers in Singapore. He also holds the position of Deputy CEO of YTL PowerSeraya, the parent company of Geneco. 

Mr. Lim has more than 22 years of commercial and regulatory experience in the electricity and gas market in Singapore, spanning from policymaking to performance management to power generation to retail to transmission & distribution in established organisations like Energy Market Authority, Singapore Power, and Sembcorp Industries.

His career in the energy sector has also seen him lead teams and manage the companies’ power businesses, and under his leadership, Geneco has become Singapore’s No.1 Residential Electricity Retailer.

Mr. Lim is also a Management Board member of the Energy Study Institute.

Mr. Lim is a graduate from Nanyang Technological University with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Bachelor of Business. He also holds a professional qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts.
