Mr. Low Xin Wei is the Assistant Chief Executive (Energy Technologies Division at the Energy Market Authority of Singapore. Prior to his current appointment, he served as the Group Chief Technology Officer at the Public Sector Science and Technology Policy and Plans Office, Prime Minister’s Office.

Xin Wei joined the Singapore Public Service in 2005 and has served held various appointments in various public sector organizations including the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance and National Research Foundation.

Xin Wei graduated from Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, and in Economics. He went on to obtain a Masters in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University in 2003. He graduated from the Stanford Sloan Masters Programme in 2013.
