Roble has over a decade of experience supporting clean energy development in Asia and the Pacific (APAC). He is the Director of Partnerships and APAC for the International Tracking Standard Foundation (I-TRACK Foundation), and the founder of SuSca Group. Through these roles, Roble has enabled hundreds of entities to source renewable electricity in line with RE100, SBTi, and other reporting framework targets.

At the I-TRACK Foundation, Roble oversees the transaction of more than 100 million I-REC(E) certificates per year. Currently, he is focused on supporting governments and utilities to establish transparent cross-border EAC delivery structures; and in the private sector, on making Scope 2 and 3 reporting more transparent. In previous roles, he helped process over $200 million in concessional finance for development partners.

Overall, Roble is passionate about bridging public and private sector interests to support high-yield, low-carbon economic growth. He spends most of his free time outside, on or in the water.
