Vincent oversees the Gas & LNG commercial activities at Sembcorp Industries, driving the financial performance and P&L of the company’s gas business in Singapore. He is responsible for managing PNG and LNG supplies, optimising the portfolio, spearheading business development, and leading gas sales to customers here. Under his leadership, Vincent has successfully secured new LNG imports and piped natural gas to meet the growing energy demands of Sembcorp's customers.

With nearly 14 years of experience in the gas and LNG industry, Vincent has been with Sembcorp for over three years. Before joining the company, he played a key role in the pioneering team at Singapore LNG Corporation, where he led the commercialisation of the multi-user LNG terminal and developed innovative LNG business solutions for ancillary services.

Vincent holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Michigan.
