Hayley Pham

Hayley assumed the role of Vice President of Business Development for ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions business in Asia Pacific region since September 2023. She leads a regional team with responsibility of identification and development of low carbon business opportunities in relation to hydrogen/ammonia, carbon capture & storage, biofuels. Hayley is passionate about forming strategic collaborations to deliver solutions through foundational projects that help activate and accelerate pathways to a sustainable low-carbon future.

Hayley joined ExxonMobil in 2019 as the Regional Development Manager in Asia Pacific for Power development, spearheading development opportunities for LNG to Power and other power related strategies for ExxonMobil in the region. She joined ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions business in December 2022. Prior to her career at ExxonMobil, Hayley was Vice President, Development at Marubeni Asian Power Singapore where she worked with crossed functional, multinational teams to develop power projects (gas, coal, hydro, solar, wind) from concept stage through financial close for key markets in Asia. She also managed external interfaces with government authorities, multilateral institutions, commercial banks and joint development partners in these projects.

Hayley started her career with Sembcorp Industries & worked in various roles with the company from asset management, key account management to business development & acquisition in Singapore & ASEAN region.

Hayley holds a Bachelor Degree with First Class Honors in Electrical Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London. Born & grew up in Vietnam, she is now married with two children and lives in Singapore.
