Singapore International Energy Week 2022 (SIEW 2022) will begin shortly. This year's Singapore Energy Lecture will be delivered at 9:00am by Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Lawrence Wong.
Following this, Minister Gan Kim Yong for Trade and Industry will make the SIEW Summit Opening Address. He will also recognise organisations and individuals for their outstanding contributions to Singapore's energy sector in the Singapore Energy Award Presentation Ceremony.
Dr Fatih Birol, Executive Director of International Energy Agency, and Dr -Ing Christian Bruch, President & CEO of Siemens Energy AG, will next deliver the SIEW Opening Keynote Address. The keynotes will centre around how public and private stakeholders can work together to ensure a secure, diverse and resilient energy supply.
And don't miss out on the SIEW Energy Showcase onsite, which commemorates SIEW's 15th anniversary. The showcase highlights the challenges that Singapore faces both today and tomorrow in its transition to a low carbon economy. Learn about the key frameworks and industry innovations that are supporting this transition.
