Desmond Li

Desmond leads strategic stakeholder engagement, asset strategy and project monitoring activities supporting the development of Singapore’s electricity network. Before joining SP Group, Desmond spent nearly two decades with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), holding leadership roles in planning, policy, resource development and investment promotion. His experience spans energy, sustainability, industrial development and infrastructure planning, with extensive engagement across government agencies, businesses and industry stakeholders to address complex economic and infrastructure challenges.
