Frederik Wisselink is since April 2021 the Energy Envoy at the Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate Policy in the Netherlands. Prior to that, Mr Wisselink was Head of Unit European and International Energy Policy at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy from 2012 until 2021,  and head of Unit Environment at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2008-2012. Before that, Mr Wisselink worked at the Ministry of Economic Affairs from 2001 in several positions in the Energy department. Mr Wisselink started his career in 1996 as a Lawyer in The Hague. Mr Wisselink graduated at the University of Leiden in Civil Law.
