Kenneth Kong

Kenneth Kong has worked in the oil & gas/energy industry for ~28 years with postings to Malaysia, the Netherlands, UK, South America, Australia and now Singapore.

His global downstream and upstream experience includes strategy, portfolio planning, project management, organisational performance turnaround, supply chain improvements, network planning and operations, new market entries, divestments and acquisitions, and industry value chain analysis. Over the years, he has enthusiastically built and coached teams, and enjoys working with talented, high calibre individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Ken is passionate about the ongoing energy transition and environmental sustainability. In the last 15 years, he has originated and led major decarbonization efforts at BP, Sembcorp Industries, KBR and Black & Veatch in corporate and consulting roles.

He holds degrees in economics and law (Sydney), a Master of Science in Renewable Energy (Murdoch), and graduate certificates in Sustainable Finance (Cambridge) and Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing UK).
