Marc Lo

Mr Marc Lo Tsu Chung is the Chief Financial Officer of SP Group. He is also a director of several companies including but not limited to, SP PowerAssets Limited, PowerGas Limited, SP Home Pte. Ltd, Power Automation Pte Ltd, Singapore Power International Pte Ltd and SP Group Treasury Pte. Ltd.

Mr Lo has over two decades of experience in corporate finance, strategy and investments in leading organizations across the telecommunications, real estate, and investment banking sectors. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division and Affinity Equity Partners before progressing to CapitaLand as Head, Group Strategic Investments. Prior to joining SP Group, he spent seven years at Singtel, where he held several senior leadership roles, including CFO of the International Group and Chief Investment Officer of Digital InfraCo playing a key role in business and capital management and developing growth engines.

Mr Lo holds a Bachelor’s degree (First Class Honours) in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
