Ric Parker is an acknowledged leader in aerospace and energy research, bringing decades of experience to his current advisory roles in Singapore's technology and energy landscape. He was the Chairman of the Low Carbon Energy Research Technical Committee, and now serves as the Chairman of the Advanced Energy & Decarbonisation Office TC (AEDO), the Chairman of the Singapore Aerospace Programme (AERO), and Chairman of the Science and Technology Advisory Panel for the Technology Centre for Offshore and Marine Singapore (TCOMS).

Ric was Director of Research & Technology at Rolls-Royce Group from January 2001 until his retirement in April 2016, after 37 years with the company, with responsibilities across Aerospace, Marine, Energy and Nuclear.
