Tim Rockell

Tim Rockell is Managing Director of Energy Strat Asia Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based energy and infrastructure advisory practice. He has resided in Singapore for 14 years, having previously worked across the Middle East and in the United Kingdom, and holds extensive knowledge across the full energy value chain.

Tim spent over two decades at KPMG, where he established and built the firm's Energy & Natural Resources practice during a period of rapid growth, serving as Global Executive Director. Through this career he has built deep relationships with international and national energy companies, governments, regulators, industry bodies, academia and financial institutions across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

He has a strong interest in infrastructure development, mobility and energy transition pathways, and is active in the advancement in innovation, lately with advanced materials for electrochemistry and the hydrogen value chain, working to reduce the cost of low-carbon systems and accelerate their commercial deployment.
