Vincent Nicoletti

Vincent joined Alinta Energy in June 2019 and brings a depth of experience gained across Australia and overseas. His background spans the mining and industrial sectors, where he’s worked in senior leadership roles across finance, operational performance, investment evaluation, credit, risk and governance.

As Chief Financial Officer, Vincent leads the Group’s strategy, treasury, tax, financial and performance reporting, risk, internal audit, asset management and evaluation functions — helping ensure the business is well positioned for the future.

Before joining Alinta, Vincent held CFO roles at Orica Limited, where he was responsible for the organisation’s financial and IT strategy, and at Broadspectrum Limited, leading financial and risk management. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years with BHP Billiton in a range of roles, including Vice President for Strategy and Business Development within Energy Coal and CSG.

Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Mineral Economics from the WA School of Mines, a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University, and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
