Nuclear generation in Asia has increased by 44% over the last five years, producing nearly a fifth of the world’s nuclear electricity, and two thirds of new reactors due start up in 2018 and 2019 are being built in Asia. The World Nuclear Performance Report 2018 Asia Edition will report the construction and operational performance of nuclear reactors in the region and worldwide. The report will also contain a review of recent nuclear news and case studies highlighting examples of reactor construction and operation.
