As Managing Director of GM&TS, Mr Arthur Tait has overseen the significant growth of the Singapore office and the expansion of the company's Asia-Pacific operations. From LNG trading, shipping, and originating carbon reduction projects in the region, GMT&S has also launched trading desks specialising in LPG and currency.

Prior to taking up the position of Managing Director and President of Gazprom Marketing & Trading Singapore (GM&TS), Mr Tait was the Director of Global Carbon for Gazprom Marketing & Trading in London. Before that, he spent over 13 years as co-owner and Managing Director of Pennine Natural Gas Ltd and Natural Gas Shipping Services Ltd in the UK. The two companies were purchased by Gazprom in 2006, at which time he took up the responsibility of building a new emissions business for Gazprom Marketing & Trading.
