Dr Dejan R Ostojic has extensive experience in the energy sector, including institutional, regulatory, and technical aspects of electric power industry, gas industry and municipal utilities.
Dr Ostojic has diverse experience in Europe and Central Asia, East Asia, Middle East, Latin America and the US for 28 years. This includes 14 years of energy and infrastructure development work at the World Bank, six years as area manager with a leading US energy and water resources consulting company, and eight years of teaching at academia in Europe and the US. Over the years, his responsibilities have included policy dialog and sector reforms, project development for public and private sector, preparation and implementation of major investment operations, infrastructure sector coordination and management across organizational boundaries, and project management in IDA and IBRD countries.
