Mr Milo Sjardin has advised many companies on their clean energy investment strategies and the implications of emissions trading on their business. Mr Sjardin frequently speaks at conferences and has been extensively quoted in the media.

Mr Sjardin is based in Singapore and oversees analyst teams across the region with offices in Beijing, Sydney, New Delhi, Tokyo and Hong Kong. He has been a leading expert in clean energy and carbon markets since 2004. Prior to his current role, he led New Energy Finance's North American analysis team, based out of New York, and before that he co-founded New Carbon Finance out of London. Previously, Mr Sjardin worked as a consultant advising corporations and governments on climate change policy and strategy for Enviros Consulting in London. He has an undergraduate degree in Physics and a Masters in Energy and Resources from Utrecht University.
