Graham is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (FIChemE), with a Masters Degree (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, England (Fitzwilliam College) and has 37 years experience in all aspects of the hydrocarbons industry including: offshore and onshore oil & gas, oil refining, petrochemicals, LNG, pipelines and terminals. He has lived and worked in UK, USA, Australia, Japan, Korea, India and has travelled extensively throughout Australasia, Asia and Middle East, servicing customers across the region. Graham also has a diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GrAICD).

Graham is currently Senior Vice-President, Hydrocarbons – Asia-Pacific for WorleyParsons, and lives in Singapore. This business covers around 40 offices, 10,000 people and services revenues in excess of USD 1.5 billion/yr. Graham was the architect of WorleyParsons’ joint venture in Vietnam with Petrovietnam; the acquisition of MaisonWorleyParsons in China; and several strategic alliances with service partners, regionally and globally – including KBC Advanced Technology, Sofregaz, Intec Engineering, CPE – South West, CPECC, CEI, and SAMI.

Graham has a very broad experience in engineering and construction projects, including long term Alliancing Agreements covering asset services delivery; and previously led WorleyParsons’ Improve Business globally, comprising over 250 long term asset services contracts across hydrocarbons, power, infrastructure and minerals & metals. Graham is active in several contract steering committees and contract governance boards.

Graham is married with 4 children, and his family home is in Melbourne, Australia.
