Dr. Nguyen Van Tu, is currently a specialist of Petroleum Processing Division of Petrovietnam head quarter. He is responsible for Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Project - a joint venture project between Petrovietnam, Kuwait Petroleum International, Idemitsu Kosan and Mitsui Chemical Company which is one of top Downstream Project in Asia.

After PhD graduation in Ufa State of Petroleum Technological University in Russia in 2008, he worked as a specialist in Energy Department of Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and then he has moved to Vietnam Oil and Gas Group in January 2010. Beside Nghi Son Project, he also involves in other downstream projects and science aspect of PetroVietnam.
