Paul is a Chartered Chemical Engineer with 30 years’ experience in the chemical industry. Paul has practical experience across a number of Companies applying Process Safety Management techniques – HAZOPs / Process Hazard Reviews, Management of Change, ATEX risk assessments. Paul has worked on Worst Case Scenario studies, risk reduction and Basis of Safe Operation reports / assurance. Also HSE audits particularly management systems including PtW and Management of Change.
Paul specialises in HAZOP Studies, CoMAH / CIMAH report writing / reviews, Hazard Identification and risk reduction, auditing and incident investigation / root cause analysis.
Recent work conducted includes Asset Integrity and Competence Management.
Paul has been working in the South East Asia region for over 5 years & is currently based in Singapore.
