Since joining GCA in 1996 and the Singapore office in 2005, Stuart has provided advice and counsel to private and national oil companies on business direction and development, investment feasibility, market assessments, contract negotiations, marketing of properties, and valuation for projects in exploration and production, natural gas and LNG, crude oil and chemical processing, and distribution and marketing of fuels and chemicals.

Prior to GCA, Stuart held managerial positions in business planning and international business development during a 17-year career at Conoco (now ConocoPhillips). Stuart holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management.
