Mr. Hiramatsu acquired an impressive amount of experience on energy efficiency. He provided his consultation skills and applied his knowledge of energy management while consulting for major institutions such as the Tokyo Metropolitan Hospital or the Narita International Airport.

He joined the Yamatake Corporation which is now the Azbil Corporation in 2002, where he serves as a technical adviser. He has acquired a vast amount of experience; his duties ranged from developing software support programs to planning for new energy saving controls and systems. He is well versed in the diagnostic of energy savings measures applied either to buildings or water management.

Mr. Hiramatsu first graduated from the Bachelor Program of Engineering in Architecture and Building, and later pursued further and completed the Master Program of Majoring in Environmental Science and Technology. Both programs were completed at the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
