Mr. Yang Qing is the Executive Vice President of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC). In this capacity, he is in charge of the Department of Marketing, which oversees the development of smart meters and electric vehicles, the Department of Rural Grid Developments, and the National Power Exchange Center amongst others.

Mr. Yang graduated with a B.S. in thermal power from North China Electric Power University in 1982.
