Qiang Liu is the Co-founder of Global Forum on Energy Security based at Beijing, China, and the Director of Energy Economics Division, Institute of Quantitative & Technical Economics at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) since June of 2010. He is also Associate Professor, Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since 2008, and Associate Director of the Center for Studies on China’s Energy and Strategic Resources in Beijing Normal University since 2010.
