Mr. Domingo is the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of MGEN, a wholly owned subsidiary of Manila Electric Company (MER:Philippines). MGEN was established to develop, own, construct, and operate power generation facilities. He serves as an active Board member of MGEN and its development subsidiaries and operating assets including PacificLight Power Pte. Ltd., which owns and operates a 2 x 400MW CCGT plant in Singapore. He has over 25 years of experience in the power sector across Asia, Europe, and USA serving in various executive leadership capacities in power investment, acquisition, and development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University in NY, USA and earned his Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in IL, USA.
