Wee Seng heads up Project Finance in DBS. With 20 years of banking experience and a special focus on Project & Infrastructure Finance, he has expertise in advising and arranging project financing in Asia. Sector expertise includes PPPs, oil & gas and power (both merchant and IPP/Captive models). 

Wee Seng was also involved in the set-up of Clifford Capital & sits on the Investment Committee of the Islamic Bank of Asia. 

Recent transactions include advising/arranging financing for gas-fired IPPs in Indonesia and Myanmar, a new-build FSRU in Indonesia,  greenfield LNG liquefaction plants in Australia and the US, LNG regas terminals in Singapore and India, oil storage infrastructure in Malaysia, and coal-fired/solar IPPs in Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Dubai and the Philippines 

Wee Seng obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (Banking) (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
