Mr Martin Lui is the Deputy Director of the Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) Division of the newly created Cyber Security Agency (CSA) of Singapore. Prior to his current appointment, Mr Lui served in the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Defence. As the Deputy Director in CII Division, he leads the effort to enhance the protection of the CIIs in close collaboration with Sector Regulators and the CII licensees. Mr Lui graduated from the University of London with a Bachelors degree in Computing and Information Systems. He has been a practising information security professional for the past 20 years with field experience spanning from technical to managerial roles. He has been a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) since 2003.
