Mr. Bishoen has over ten years of extensive experience in the commodity markets including a vast global network in trade and finance. Between 2005-2012 he was advisor to numerous decision-makers within the Chinese markets being involved in creating turnaround strategies for state-owned & private enterprises. From 2013 onwards, he has been developing a LNG-driven revenue model for Tangshan Caofeidian Development Investment Group (a SOE with an asset base of >USD 20 billion). In its 2015 report, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences identified Caofeidian Industrial Zone as the preferred area for the development of a Chinese energy trade and delivery hub for North East Asia. Mr. Bishoen is now leading the international team responsible for the implementation of this comprehensive strategy.
