Senior Research Analyst at the Policy and Research Analysis Programme (PRAP) of the ASEAN Centre for Energy. He conducts various studies on energy to provide policy recommendation for the region in achieving its target on low emission strategies, under the umbrella of the ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC) 2016-2025 Phase 1 which was launched at the 33rd ASEAN Ministers on Energy Meeting, October 2015 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His recent works are the 4th ASEAN Energy Outlook which provide policy makers with an understanding of the energy trends and challenges being faced by the region up to the year 2035 and the upcoming publication of the RE Outlook for ASEAN – a REmap Analysis.
