Mr. Hayashi has been the Senior Adviser to the Director General of Industrial Development and Public Policy Department in JICA HQ since February 2016, where he supervises technical cooperation, development study and grant aid programs/projects of the power and energy sector. Prior to the current post, he had served as the Deputy Representative in JICA Iraq office from November 2013 to January 2016, where he was in charge of general affairs and technical cooperation programs/projects in all sectors. He had also served as the Director of Peace Building and Urban and Rural Development Team I, the Deputy Representative in JICA P.R.C. office respectively.
