Mr Kwa Chong Guan Senior Fellow at the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies where he coordinates the School’s networks with policy institutions in the region. He joined the School after serving at its forerunner, the old Department of Strategic Studies at the SAFTI Military Institute. He is also Co-Chair of the Singapore National Committee in the Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (CSCAP).
