Kwek Chin Hin is the Head of the Industrial Energy Efficiency Branch in the National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore.  His main focus is in the area of promoting good corporate energy management practices in the industrial sector through regulations, incentive schemes and capability development programmes.  The key initiatives that NEA administers include the mandatory energy management requirements under an Energy Conservation Act, the Energy Efficiency Fund, the National Energy Efficiency Partnership Programme and the Singapore Certified Energy Manager Programme.
