Tim has worked internationally in KPMG’s Energy & Natural Resources sector practice for the past 19 years. Originally from London, United Kingdom he has been based in Singapore since 2012.   He previously spent 7 years in Bahrain as Director of KPMG’s Sales and Markets department in the Middle East and South Asia region. He was based in the Saudi Arabian practice and built relationships with large Energy, Chemical and Governmental organisations.

From 2000-2009 he was the Global Executive Director of KPMG’s Energy and Natural Resources practice. Currently, Tim is the Director of KPMG’s Global Energy Institute in Asia Pacific. He relocated to Singapore to launch the Institute. He also leads the Global Chemical and Global Mining Institutes. He established KPMG’s first Global Energy Conference in Asia Pacific in 2013. He develops thought leadership such as KPMG’s Study of Singapore’s role in the Oil & Gas Value Chain in Asia Pacific and the LNG and Trading series.

In his role with KPMG International he coordinated KPMG’s relationships with leading industry bodies such as the World Petroleum Council and KPMG’s patron’s program with the World Energy Council and led the firm’s participation at their Congresses from 2001-2008. He also has close relationships with the International Energy Agency, moderating two events as part of an Asian dialogue series and Gastech.

He is Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce Energy & Utilities Committee in Singapore since 2013 and committee member of Women in Energy, Asia network in Singapore and Energy Institute (UK) Singapore branch.
