Ulla Sandborgh is President and CEO since the 1st of March 2017 at Swedish National Grid. Swedish National Grid is Swedish’s national Transmission Service Operator. Prior to this position, she was Senior Vice President of Market and System Development Division also at Swedish National Grid for nearly 5 years. Ulla Sandborgh is a Board Member of NordPool, the Nordic/Baltic Power Exchange and has been co-chairman of the Multi Regional Coupling for Day-ahead markets in Europe  She has also worked 6 years for Fortum, the Finnish Power Company, and for some IT and Telekom companies. She holds a Master Degree in Civil Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
