Carlos is a graduated Mechanical Engineer and has a master degree in business administration (MBA).
As Global Finance Segment Leader from the energy division, Carlos is in charge of the relationships of main investors, lenders and other financial players with DNV GL.
His experience in renewables extends over 10 years with relevant experience in several fields such as: administration and operation of wind power plants and energy systems in deregulated markets, development of greenfield projects in the renewable sector, manufacturing of wind turbines, analysis and evaluation of emerging markets, active search of partnership on international markets development.
Carlos has been involved in development, financing, evaluation and analysis of renewable energy projects worldwide, with participation in over 10,000 MW wind projects. Carlos has international experience in energy markets, regulatory systems and project development in Caribbean and Latin America, Eastern Europe and, Africa.
