Daisy joined KPMG Beijing Office in 2000. She has over seventeen years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, assisting multinational companies and Chinese clients in investment activities around the globe.
 
During 2008 to 2011, Daisy went on secondment to KPMG London Office.  Daisy specialized in the Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) sector, ranging from oil and gas, mining and renewable energy. Her primary focus was to assist Chinese companies investing in the UK and Europe. She provided financial due diligence,  SPA assistance and negotiation support. During that period, Daisy also worked in KPMG Global Chairmen’s Office, assisted senior leadership managing KPMG’s global initiatives. 
 
Daisy returned to KPMG Beijing Office in August 2011, leading a dedicated team in the ENR sector.  Since her return, she has completed a number of ENR projects assisting Chinese companies for their overseas deals and multinationals investing in China. As a core team member, Daisy provided advice to CNOOC on their investment in Nexen in 2013, the largest China outbound transaction as of 2015. Daisy’s ENR clients include: CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, SinoChem, CGN, Yanchang Petroleum, Shell, Morgan Stanley PE, HOPU Fund, Silkroad Fund, Goldwind Technology, etc.
 
Since April 2016, Daisy has taken the role of the Chief Operating Officer of Global China Practice (GCP). GCP helps Chinese companies invest overseas and multinational companies enter or expand in the China market. Daisy manages and coordinates with local China Practices in nearly 60 countries, which serve as the ‘bridge’ connecting KPMG’s Chinese clients with the local project teams, as well as helping multinational companies investing into China, to help both domestic and foreign companies grow and achieve real results.
